Despite the title, the power grid itself is apparently not at risk — because its computers don’t run on Windows.

Despite the (deservedly) bad reputation it has in security circles, there is something to be said for “security through obscurity.” 🙂

As someone who has written serious, production-quality code for WM5 and WM6, I say this from many months of hard experience:
