Klingons are a very proud species, and would be enraged to have to use software using a language of inferiors such as English, so it’s understandable that software localized in Klingon would be available even from software companies even in this backwards part of the galaxy. 😉
Klingons think that if your computer gets a virus, it should be left to recover on its own, or to die from it. Antivirus software makes computers weak. 😉
