Coca Cola also uses decocainated Coca leaves (hence the name) for flavoring, and originally for stimulation before they were ordered to decocainate it in the 1920s. Red Bull probably has about as much cocaine as Coca Cola, which is to say, in amounts that are not enough to be active in the body.
Disclaimer: I’ve never tried Red Bull, it’s one of the few soft drinks that isn’t kosher.
