Yet another science-fiction technology is now becoming science fact. I wonder how long it will be before this technology, or something based on it, is put to medical use — and how long after that it will be before it’s turned to malicious use as well.

Smart move on Canonical’s part, getting themselves on more machines to get more manufacturers to sign maintenance agreements with them. Who says you can’t make money by giving stuff away?
