They were Serbians, actually, part of the Serbian joint special-op forces that got disbanded and went criminal, and have branched out from doing crimes in the balkans to other countries. Nasty stuff.
Think the “A Team” except for bad guys instead of good guys, and with real gear instead of DIY.
This one wasn’t exciting enough to make an “A Team” show, but it certainly was effective.
Special op forces aren’t dummies, they’re very well trained, even in Serbia, unfortunately for the police.
