		<description>From what little unbiased evidence I've seen, that's probably the case. But if it is, then the facts will speak for themselves. Changing them to make your case more strongly is &lt;em&gt;never&lt;/em&gt; a valid answer, and will only prejudice an intelligent audience against your cause.</description>

		<description>I guess what I find important is that there is still disturbance.  Just because it can't technically be called global warming doesn't mean that it isn't a problem.  The fact that enough pollution is being made to create these problems should be enough to give anyone pause.</description>
